Manager to be a good communicator

Manager to be good communicator.
Facilitator/ Mentor/coacher to the project team.

While moving ladder to upper management from middle management, Fear to be removed particulary while speaking to Management.

Guys do have a any differnet opinions?

I came across project management articles was wonderful, tied up projects and not able spend time for Program management

I am started reading PMO related articles which will helpful to move ahead... i guess thatz the way to move ahead on project and program management.... last week i came across some forums for PMO.... some was good...
